Modern Warfare 2

Finally the time has come.  The best game has just came out.  Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.  This game is the sequal to Call of Duty World at war and Call of duty 4.  The other games were both pretty good games, but no where near the new Modern Warfare 2!  There is so many new things you can do in this game including throwing knives, planting claymores, and even use machine guns in last stand.

There are also many new weapons in this game including the vector, p 90, ump 45, and the intervention.  The best gun out of all of these is the p 90, a very powerful gun.

Christmas Eve

It’s the night before the most wonderful day of the year.  My siblings and I are going bannanas with excitement.  First we lay as much raindeer food on the front lawn as we can, so santa will make sure he comes to our house.  We come back inside for some soothing hot chocolate.  Nobody wants to but we know we have to go to sleep.  I lie down in my warm, cumfy bed, and look out into the bright, glistening snow.  What a beautiful sight!  I can’t take my eyes off of it, but as soon as I know it, it’s morning!

The guitar

6 strings of beauty,

Amazing how such simple strings can play amazing sounds,

A simple pluck can make wonders,

6 knobs for tuning the instrument to a more unbelievable tone,

Simply beautiful,

Guitar

High School Football Games

It’s Friday night and you’re going to the place where all your friends hang out, High School Varsity football games.  You walk in at about eight o’ clock, lights glimmering in your eyes.  A truly amazing sight.  It is a beautiful night for one of the best teams in the state to play some football.  The only bad thing about watching High School games is most of the games are blowouts.  For instance when they played A team, We won by around 40 points!  But the games on Friday nights are also social events.  You can meet with friends, if the game is boring.  But I always tune into the game to watch and learn from the varsity players.

Painful sights

Poison flowing through the air, people gasping for a last breath.  Nick and Chris feel helpless in a concealed, locked down area.  There is nothing they can do but pray.  Many of their friends banging against the glass and falling to the cold ground.  Nick, about to tear up, looks up and sees a treacherous sight.  The women he has known and loved for his whole  life was starting to caugh.  “Noooo!” cried Nick.  She dropped to the ground taking her last breath of oxygen and perrished.

Squeak! Screech!

Squeak!  Screech!  All I could see was a bright white SUV, and blinding yellowish- white lights heading straight for me, no the sidewalk.  What in the world was going on?

A car had gone out of control, and I was just standing there.  Everything started to slow down, first the screeching car, then the cars following and passing, honking.  The car finally came to a stop after demolishing an enormous lamp post; sending firework looking sparks flying in the dark, night sky.  I couldn’t see anything after the crash because my eyes were still in shock by the peculiar light and sparks.  I tried to stop the entire situation in my mind and tried to think, But what to think about?  Confused I was but there had to be something I could do about the situation.

I dialed 911.  Thinking about why I didn’t call 911 earlier, I told the operator the situation and she told me to go home.  Although going back to my house was not what I had in mind.  I had never seen anything in particular like this before.  Although this event was scary, for some reason I had a rush of overpowering adrenaline seaming through my entire body.  I ran across the street to a safe place and soon enough heard sirens.  The sirens became louder and louder until my ears were starting to hurt.  A large fire truck, 3 police cars, and 2 ambulances rushed to the spot of the crash.  When they pulled out the man and place him on the stretcher, all of my adrenaline rushed out of my body, and the frightening site went in.  A man was all bruised up and probably in serious condition.  I couldn’t take this any more.

What were my parents thinking?  OH NO!  My parents were probably worried sick about me.  I booked home as fast as I could and opened my garage door.  I walked in and expecting to get yelled at big time.  All they did was hug me for the longest time.

It was a long, bright night, and many things happened that may have changed my life forever.  It was one of the most frightening, and exciting nights of my life.  These kinds of odd situations can change your life for the better or worse.  I chose the better path by making myself more aware and self- conscious about strange situations.
